Project Brief
Domain Insight’s previous site had strong content but the experience was difficult to navigate and lacked structure for enterprise users. The brief was to refresh the site with clearer navigation, a more usable layout, and a visual system that better supported Domain’s property intelligence products. The new build also needed to integrate with Domain’s marketing tools and support a more scalable content framework.

Research that shaped the direction
We restructured the site architecture to make content easier to discover, with a clear hierarchy around solutions, industries, and insights. Built in WordPress using a modular system, each section can now be updated or expanded by the Domain team without developer support, ensuring the platform scales with the business.




A UI system built for Domain Insight
Working from Domain Group’s brand guidelines, we built a dedicated component set for the Domain Insight site. This included card systems, content modules, data visualisation treatments, and responsive layouts built to present research content clearly and consistently. All screens were designed in Figma using a reusable component library to support future growth.

Built for flexibility
The site was developed in WordPress using Elementor to give the Domain team full control over editing. We created a library of modular templates and components that allow editors to publish insights, adjust layouts, and create new pages without developer involvement.

Interactive data visualisation
A key feature of the new site is the interactive data module on the homepage. It connects directly to Domain’s property dataset and gives enterprise users a live preview of the insights available across Bondi and other regions. This showcases the value of Domain’s analytics products in a simple, visual way.

Dynamic content feed
To support the volume of research and reporting, we created a custom feed that pulls content directly from Domain’s internal API. This powers articles across the homepage and insights pages, keeping the site current without extra manual work from editors.

Tightly integrated with Domain systems
We connected the site to Domain’s core marketing stack, including:
- HubSpot CRM for lead capture
- Braze for lifecycle messaging
- Google Analytics for reporting and behavioural insights
This ensures the site functions as a measurable acquisition and engagement channel for the enterprise team.

We continue to support the Domain Insight platform along with other B2B sites across Domain Group. Our long-term partnership ensures consistent quality, reliable delivery, and alignment across multiple brand environments.
