Hosting and support are billed monthly and include ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support. Hosting plans can be adjusted or cancelled at any time and are independent of your website package.

What does “fixed-scope” mean?
Each package includes a defined number of pages, design directions, and revision rounds. This keeps timelines predictable and pricing clear. Anything outside that scope can be quoted separately or handled as bespoke work.
Is hosting and support mandatory?
Yes. All website packages require ongoing hosting and support to ensure your site stays secure, updated, and performing as intended.
What hosting and support is included in the first year?
All packages include 12 months of our Essential hosting and maintenance plan, covering managed hosting, updates, backups, security monitoring, and technical support.
Can I change or cancel my hosting and support plan later?
Yes. Hosting and support are billed monthly after the included period and can be changed or cancelled at any time. There are no lock-in contracts.
How long does a website typically take to build?
Most projects are delivered in 4–6 weeks, depending on the package selected and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Can you help with content and copywriting?
We design and structure your site to support effective content, but written copy is typically supplied by you. Copywriting can be added if needed.
Can I add pages or features later?
Yes. Your site is built to scale. Additional pages or features can be added through support tasks or quoted separately, depending on complexity.
Are these template websites?
No. Each site is custom-designed using a defined system of approved components, balancing flexibility, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Is this suitable for eCommerce or memberships?
